I have considered driving back to Ohio to have Carl and crew work on our cars (for non-emergency repairs!) they are so good. (we have moved to the Boston area) We were customers from 1985 to 1998 and they did all the work on our 85 Grand AM, 87 Subaru, 86 Chevy Nova, 90 Plymouth Laser and 93 Nissan Maxima. Once when returning to Ohio and experiencing a medical crisis, the main exhaust on the Nissan began leaking. Carl rearranged the schedule and replaced the corroded pipe, while my wife was in the outpatient clinic. The price was reasonable and the repair good to this day. (12/2000)

Carl Anderson is honest, exceptionally competent, and solicitous. He invariably takes time to explain problems and repairs, and always checks with the customer if something unanticipated emerges. He was patient and thorough in repairing an obscure oxygen-sensor problem on my 93 Toyota Camry wagon. His small bulletin board teems with letters of praise and appreciation from grateful customers. A wonderful shop for cars of all kinds.
