They replaced a timing belt for me and that turned out OK but recently they replaced my exhaust system and I had problems. I had to take it back twice for additional repairs and I swear the car is noiser now than it was before (interior noise level from exhaust).

Spradlin has worked on all of my vehicles since I moved to Cincinnati in 1990 and do a wonderful job!! Can't recommend them highly enough!!! They do only the work that is necessary and will tell you if a repair can wait or needs to be done immediately. Great shop & great people!

I've been using Spradlin for many years for non-warranty repairs on my Honda, Toyota and Subarus (right now we've got 3 Hondas of various shapes and ages). I've sent several friends and family members to Spradlin over the years. They've all been very satisfied. I drive out of the way (about 17 miles) instead of visiting the Honda dealer that's 3 miles from my house because I trust these guys. They've done everything from simple oil change/inspections to timing belts and much more. Their prices are competitive with other shops and are always under the dealer's (even with the dealership coupons and specials). And they talk to my wife the same way they talk to me or to our college son to make sure we understand our options. They don't fix things that don't need to be fixed, and will let you know how many miles, months or millimeters you have left on tire, brakes, belts, etc., so you can plan for later. It's obvious by the tips and insider knowledge they provide that they have personally own the same type of vehicles. They have a small 'fleet' of loaner vehicles--these are older Hondas that aren't lovely, but seem well maintained, that are available if you need one. The waiting area isn't fancy either, but it's good enough for a short wait. I'd rather keep the prices down than have a cappuccino and a kid play area. You can't go wrong with Mike and the crew--they're seasoned but current and are veterans at good mechanics and customer service!
