I have been going to Art and his brother Steve for about 30 years during which time he has helped me keep my VW's, a Datsun and a Toyota alive well beyond what should be their normal useful lives. He has always been honest and fair with me and performed the work in a professional, reliable manner. I have referred many friends and relatives to him and watched as they too became loyal customers. I have never heard a complaint about his work. Engaging him in a conversation is always a treat.

Art Miller's has serviced two of my vehicles for 15 years. They are honest and do not provide unnecessary service.

Went to Art during the 4 years I lived in Cincinnati. Really honest. Had a difficult problem with a suspension (car was shaking a bit when driving); they fixed it. A few months after the repair, a similar, but not identical problem occurred, so I took it back in case it was related to their repair. They test drove the car, said that they thought it might have been due to a defective part, and then repaired it a second time for FREE. They always get the cheapest prices for parts. They will be honest and tell you if they think you should get a part or tires from elsewhere, if elsewhere will give you better quality. Gone to them several times, and felt I could always rely on their opinion and honesty.
