First time I ever took my car to them, it wasn't starting. I'd tried jumping it and the battery was new, so they could have told me that it was the starter or the alternator and I never would have known the difference. As it turns out, it was a loose battery connection, and they charged me a whopping $17 dollars for labor, even though they'd clearly put a lot of time into isolating the problem. Ever subsequent visit has been the same. Their estimates are always significantly lower than we'd figured they would be, and they always take the time to explain exactly what they're doing. I've been to many, many mechanics over the years, and no one holds a candle to these guys. I will never take my car anywhere else.
