I brought my car into their shop after a bad experience at
another auto shop. These guys were geniuses - they figured out
the problems with the car right away and took the time to
explain everything to me. The experience was a lot like an
episode of CSI as I watched them think things through to the
solution. I will be taking my car back to them again and
again. For a guy who doesn't know much about cars AND always
assumes I'm getting ripped off, these guys are like a dream.
Don't go anywhere else.

IMO, they are not honest. They told me that things needed replaced that were, upon inspection, not broken nor worn in any appreciable fashion. Also, the parts in question were not of the type that you should 'replace while you are in there because it is cheaper that way'. Further, they only owned up to the 'incorrect diagnosis' and made things right after I showed them that their diagnosis was in fact wrong by virtue of proving that the part was in fact not damaged nor worn. Fortunately, I know my way around a car and they were not able to take advantage of me.
I will never us them again for any repair. Should you chose to use them, use caution, question them, and remain skeptical. Remember, a box full of parts returned to you does not mean they they are broken, it just means that they were replaced.
