This shop is very honest and very good. I once told the mechanic (while thew owner was out of town)to fix the AC if it were less than $60 to fix. I got it back for$120. The owner credited the entire amount on my next repair. On another occasion, the owner was trying to diagnose a stalling out problem with my 1989 Ford Escort. After a new fuel filter snd one other little thing and no luck he spent another two hours to determine that he thought it was the microchip in the fuel injection system but as his shop lacked the specific Ford diagnostic computer he told me it would be a $250 gamble and thought it best if I take it to a dealer. Guess what? He was right! And he refused to let me pay for the two hours of work that lead to the diagnosis. This guy is way TOO honest to be real.

Extremely competent mechanics who are uncharacteristicly honest.

Not only was everyone we interacted with extremely pleasant, but they had someone come dig our car out of the snow to get it fixed! They were right on with the estimate-no hidden charges or surprises-and the car is holding up great after the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I took my Ford Taurus to them for a simple oil change. After the oil change was done, the mechanic, who is also the owner, told me that my ball joints were bad and need to be replaced as soon as possible. He then quoted me a price of $241 per side to have them done. I told him not today; he didn't have a problem with that. I proceeded to take my car to my normal mechanic who my family has been dealing with for over 23 years. I had them look at it and they told me nothing at all was wrong with my car and that I would have heard noises if my ball joints were bad which is what I had assumed. So, in the end, I believe that Fred was just out to get some more money off of a new customer who he thought he could pull a quicky on. Mechanics like this are terrible no matter how competent they may be. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY HIM, THE REPAIR MAY NOT BE NEEDED.

I saw the review from the Taurus owner, and find it impossible to believe. Fred has been my auto mechanic for over 10 years and has never once tried to get me to agree to unnecessary repairs. Fred and the other mechanic, Gary are honest, hard working professionals.

Because I selected "Biased customer" I clearly like this them a lot. They are accurate and prompt. When you get your car back all fixed right, you feel grateful knowing the car was fixed correctly and no one tried to scam you!

Just had the Dodge Grand Caravan in for rear windshield wiper repair. Good job done quickly and quite reasonable charge. Good, honest shop.
