This guy is the best I've ever seen !!! He responds well when something gets screwed up !!! I have a 1990 Sedan Deville and needed a sensor switch. The dealer never delivered the part and Tommy had to work around the problem so I can get my car back. It took him 3 hours to do what he had to do and he let me slide !!! I'm not saying he'll let everyone slide but he knows what he's doing and the problem WILL get fixed. Anyone who lives on Staten Island and is getting screwed by their mechanic bring it to Tommy or if the problem cannot be found BRING IT TO TOMMY !!!

I went to Motortech a few times because they were recommended to me. I found that they did not do the work properly, they did the wrong work, they did not finish the job and they charged too much. Needless to say, I had to find another mechanic to complete the job - and it was not a complex one. Maybe they only give the special attention to the extraordinary problems.

Motortech is most definitely a very competent and reliable repair shop. Tommy, Mike, Jimmy and Keith all know their business and go the extra distance to make sure that the job is done right. I have a 16 year old Honda, a 9 year old Dodge Caravan and an 8 year old Subaru. As to the problems with all three of these aging vehicles, ….and they do surface from time to time, others have tried to find and then claim to have fixed them. ONLY Tommy and Motortech have been able to properly repair the problems and have kept all three cars on the road.

I needed the 12v rear battery replaced on my 2005 Prius. They were nice enough to come to my house to look at it for me to see if they could do it for me in my garage. It did need to be towed to the garage, but they replaced it quickly and for a reasonable price. They also made me feel secure, which was good because I had just been traumatized by the incompetence and thievery perpetrated upon me by the local Toyota dealer.
