I've been going to First Automotive for a few years now. Our previous car had an alternator fail right in front of their shop so we coasted in. The experience was so great that they've been our shop of choice since. They've always been fair with myself and my wife. We have 3 vehicles that are routinely serviced with them and I've not found another shop in my area that has the customer service that they do.
