These guys seem very competent and have always made the repairs (none were unusual or difficult problems) on time and without issue. What stuck in my craw is their labor rate, or rather their two labor rates. There's a different, higher rate if the customer provides the parts, in other words they mark up parts to make their labor rate seem lower. To me this seems borderline dishonest.

I wanted them to fix my car but I needed an estimate. they explain to me that some damage was due to the accident and some was wear and tear. I gave the information to the insurance company. they came out to look at the car with the mechanic. the mechanic changed his story and said everything was due to wear and tear. the fat old guy is a liar and he does not work for his customers he works for his custSomers.they did the same thing to my mother when she was suing Midas. for some reason they took her part from her car that Midas broke and gave it to them.I would never trust them. also on their site, they only approve positive reviews
