These guys are crazy but they do a great job and are
friendly to boot. Their prices are reasonable and they
don't automatically go for the expensive fix if there is a
feasible alternative. They also give out very nice
keychains.

Yes, these guys are fun to hang around with..but more
importantly they treat customers with respect and
intelligence. They make a strong effort to diagnose the
problem and fix correctly the first time around...but if it
is not corrected, they do not overcharge on the second try.
Fr'instance...they spent several hours trying to diagnose a
squeaky serpentine belt on our van...changing several belts
over the course of the week...until they found the right
match...but only charged us for the belt and an hours labor.
Their prices are very fair and reasonable.

That's right, these guys are crazy, but that is half the
fun of going there. They also are more than honest. They
replaced my friend's, a college student, brake line at no
cost while doing other work because they knew she didn't
have any more money and they would not be able to sleep at
night knowing they let an unsafe car back on the road.

This shop is very honest. I work at a local business nearby, and started hearing about a lot of people taking their cars there, and the shop has built a good reputation by word of mouth. This is the sort of place that would give you the option of having them find a used part for a repair if it is safe and saves you money, or taking a few minutes to fix a connector instead of automatically opting to sell you an expensive new OEM wiring harness.
I've been going there for several years now and never had a bad experience.
