Sean and Mike aare willing to go the extra mile to assist the customer. I have never heard them give a customer a hard time no matter how obnoxious the customer may be. They really keep their cool.

There are two suspiciously glowing reviews of Michael Bogart and Sons here. Just to give perspective to them, I think it should be mentioned that according to the local newspaper, the Poughkeepsie Journal, the owner of this repair shop was charged with fraud. From the paper's archive, in the July 31, 2008 edition: "Sean Bogart, who owns Michael Bogart & Son Inc. automotive repair center in Poughquag, was arrested on felony grand larceny and insurance fraud charges Tuesday." When that article came out, there were some very unhappy customer comments in the newspaper's commenting section. I've never used them, but considering their local reputation and the criminal charges filed against them, I never would. I suspect the glowing reviews in this archive are either from them or from their friends.

I can't speak for his repair skills or services, but his people skills are severely lacking. He's rude, condescending and refuses to listen to logic from the customers standpoint. He'll just talk over you not letting you get a word in. I'd stay clear of this guy. This shops legal record is public and should be checked into before thinking of going there for anything. Geez, he couldn't even satisfy a customer getting a simple safety inspection. What does that tell you?
