Mike has always been upfront and honest with us. He let us know that a repair was under warrantee, so he lost an $1800 job to the dealer. When the Toyota gave us a hard time, Mike said he would speak to them.... Our cars always come back WITHOUT a new problem. This had been a chief complaint of mine about other stations. In my experience other stations have taken advantage of women, but not Mike!... When I wait for the car, the repair is done in a timely manner. We finally found a station we can trust!

Had to take a '97 Subaru Legacy Outback in for some expected serious work. Honestly figured I'd run into the "Is it worth it to fix this?" problem. Mike was amazing. Called me every step of the way, outlined options, was hesitant to reccomend anything that would cost more, and finished the work the day I dropped it off, even having managed to find the needed parts. Ultimately these guys found an honest, cost-effective, and practical solution for me, without making me feel bullied or even encouraged to get anything fixed I didn't ask for. They seemed very concerned that I walk away happy with their work.
