The dealership told me in order to pass inspection I needed to get this replaced and that replaced, and estimated my "essential" repairs at $1200. I found Jimmy on this website and then found out that many of my friends use him. He's been in the area for many, many years and has an excellent reputation "on the street". None of what the dealership deemed "essential" was actually essential, which Jimmy seemed to know intuitively by just looking at my car and the codes that pulled up, and because he KNOWS CARS, knew specific things about the make and model of my car, etc. It took a few tries to get everything ready-to-go, but they drove me home, picked me up, took excellent care of me as a customer, and $109 later, I now have a mechanic I trust and will use regularly. 5 stars (or bars, in this case)!

Jimmy's Auto Repair is a great shop. They have never steered me wrong. Great prices. Timely and very knowledgeable. They have worked on both new and old cars of mine of several different makes and models. I would highly recommend them. They are a little hard to find, but they are certainly worth checking them out. In the past when I've scheduled a repair they have been able to drop me off at work while they worked on the car for the day. 5 Stars all the way!

I run a professional company with 12 vehicles. Prior to Jimmy's, we tried to find somebody to service all our vehicles and were disappointed repeatedly. Since using Jimmy's (10 years ago), we don't take our vehicles anywhere else. They work on all makes and models, and the work is always flawless, and they try their best to deal with emergencies, as well as routine maintenance. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They have a very good reputation in the area, but I'm afraid I can't vouch for their work. Why not? Because when I called them in the middle of April to ask about having them mount four new tires on my BMW 328xi, and told them that I lived in the same village they're in, and gave them the name of a long-time customer of theirs who recommended them to me, the woman I spoke with told me that they were "all booked up until the middle of May." Welcome neighbor!
