We have patronized this shop, under the same owner, for at
least 30 years. They have been consistently reliable,
competent and friendly. Before opening his own shop, the
owner was the chief mechanic for a local BMW dealer. They
have worked on a Saab, a BMW, an Audi and a string of
Hondas for us over the years. Once, one of his mechanics
(no longer with him), screwed up an oil change. When we
discovered we were losing oil while several miles from
home, we called the owner AT HOME and he sent a tow truck
for us at his expense and came and picked us up and brought
us home. We have told the owner, only half jokingly, that
if he retires, we'll have to move to find an equally
reliable shop.
