A busy, hardworking shop run by regular guys. They don't do work you don't need. They will fix those little annoying pain-in-the-ass problems and ususally don't charge for that kind of thing. I have trusted them with my family's safety time and again. A real good shop like they don't make any more.

We have brought our cars to Ray for over 10 years. He has always done a good job and teated us fairly. The few occasions he has been unable to diagnose a problem he has refused to accept payment for his efforts. One Sunday our car broke down on the edge of town and he came out in his tow truck to tow us in. He is an excellent honest mechanic.

Ray Mercier will handle your Mercedes Benz or your aging Ford. Won't take jobs he's not equipped to handle. Refuses to cut corners where safety is involved. Is a talented diagnostician. Treats old and new customers the same. Helps old ladies and listens to the woes of the driveway mechanic.

From the beginning when I called them up they were friendly on the phone, and scheduled me without any hassle. When I arrived they told me that they would call with their diagnosis in 2 hours. In 2.5 hours they got back to me, and quoted me the price to replace 2 of my rotors, machining the other 2, and installing new brake pads. I looked up the average price, and what they quoted me was fair. They only took 3.5 hours to get to my car and get the repairs made, and it was ready at the time they claimed. Gregg was my mechanic and was extremely helpful. When I arrived at the shop, he showed me the old rotors and brake pads as well as explained everything and showed me the old parts. I highly recommend them.
