We've used this mechanic for 20 years. One time we requested work and they recommended not doing it because it wasn't necessary and we would be wasting our money.

I have been taking my vehicles and my familys vehicles to Bartholomews Car Care Center, and always request that Rich repair them. The service that he provides is outstanding. He even loaned me his personal car at one time, so he could have mine for the whole day to repair it. Rich goes above and beyond the norm, when it comes to his job, and the quality of the repairs that he does. I throughly recommend him 100%.

I've been a customer for over 20 years and have yet to have my confidence shaken in that this is the best place in all catagories. I've recommended them to family and friends for a long time and have yet to hear anote of dissatisfaction. faction

I took a Ford E350 van to Bartholomew's for a pre-purchase inspection (I was flying in from Montana to buy the vehicle). I was very unhappy with the inspection they performed. The airbag light was on, but they neglected to tell me of that fact before I flew in to Binghamton to buy the van. It was the first thing I noticed when I started the engine. Also, the engine frequently sets diagnostic trouble codes, but they didn't inform me of that fact, either. I certainly would NOT trust them to do a vehicle inspection again!
