They're back!!
Mike and Amy lost their lease about a month ago, and weren't
sure what would happen - but they're back and a quarter mile
or less from the old address on Adams Street.
I've been going to Viking for more than a decade, and they
have been simply terrific. Mike is the only guy I trust to
take care of my 1966 1800; he's kept my '95 850 wagon
running like a top (194K) through 2 teenage sons, and my '98
S70 as well. They even nursed my wife's Saab 900 V-6 until
#1 son fried the clutch. I couldn't answer the question
about responding when they screw up, because they haven't yet.
Frankly, I still hadn't figured out who I'd go to, and I'm
glad I don't have to.

When I bought a used Volvo in the early 90s, the car's
previous owner told me about Viking - telling me Mike was
the best Volvo tech in the county. At the time, I thought
I was the best Volvo tech in the county - but decided to
check them out. Mike quickly fixed a transmission leak
that I'd been unable to figure out, and I've been a
satisfied customer every since. Same goes for people I've
sent there. Not sure I'd still own a Volvo if he wasn't
around to back me up.
