i always show up early. they handle me right away. they explain why they have to do something. if i am not satisfied they correct the problem. unlike the dealer they don't rebuilt the whole car to fix what needs to be fixed, saving me a lot of money. as far as comfort goes it isn't a shiny dealership with a fancy waiting room, but getting my car fixed at a fair price is more important

I can't imagine going to another shop. They only do work that is necessary, and they do it correctly and at a fair price. When we consider buying new cars, we limit ourselves to Toyotas, because we trust Toyota reliability, and we know that if something goes wrong, we have a shop that we can trust.

What more could you ask for than an honest job done in a timely manner for a fair price. Mark's new location is clean and convenient.

After going to several shops these guys found out the problem - I just needed new plug wires. They have only worked on toyotas for over 25 years and are much cheaper than the dealer.

This place is run by nice people who do great work. They explain everything. Since my car's 15,000 mile service, it gets 10% better gas mileage. The local Toyota dealership charges about double what this place does and does not do work in a timely manner.

They honor their estimates, do the work within the time-frame given and are reasonably priced; in other words, everything the local dealership is NOT.

I looked them up on this site to help me resolve a mysterious problem with my '03 4-runner. The cartalk phone was busy. After having my car smog checked the vsc trak and vsc off lights would turn on as soon as I moved the car. They would go off after starting the car and come on with any forward or rear motion, but not until I moved the car. Disconnecting the battery for a good ten minutes resulted only in having to reset my clock and radio stations, but did not help this problem. There was no Check Engine light. The smog check guy could not find a failure code so he threw his hands up and swore he didn't do it. Toyota said they would be happy to look into it since the car is no longer on warranty. These guys said bring it in (without an appointment), and hooked up their two handed Snap-On scanner that made the other guy's (spiffy lube) scanner look like walmart special. They also could not find a failure code. And after they disconnected, the lights returned to normal functionality as magically as the problem began in the first place. We spent a good half hour going over usual suspects and expecting the problem to recur, but NO. And no charge for the service! How can you beat that? The least I can do is highly recommend them to anyone else.
