Purrfect Auto is a franchise operation, and a lot of them are horrible. This one, however, is wonderful. They've never done me wrong, and when I've referred friends over, they've done my friends good as well. They always give an honest assessment of what's going on with my car, and charge a fair price to repair it. They stand by their work too. A friend of mine took his rather old and beaten down heap in for a repair. They fixed the cause of the car overheating, but a few days later the car was overheating again. My friend took the car back, and they discovered that it was the part that they had replaced that was the problem. They then fixed it at no charge. There's a number of things wrong with this car, and they could have easily blamed something else to try and cheat my friend, but they didn't. They owned up to the problem right away, and made it right. The head mechanic in this garage is a woman, so they definitely have no bias towards men. She's a really friendly person too. She's more then willing to explain in however much detail is necessary what is going on. She'll walk you through the whole process, and make sure you understand.
