Be very careful if you go to this shop ! I brought my BMW in for a water leak, and they replaced the water pump. One or two days later I again noticed liquid on my garage floor. I brought my car back, as requested, and while it was there I had some additional work done. After I picked up my car and drove away, I noticed that the passenger door mirror was at an odd angle (I was about 3 or 4 miles away from their shop) - I pulled into a shopping mall parking lot first chance I got, and when I got out to fix the mirror, I noticed a large dent and white paint scrape in the door. I immediately drove back to report the damage they had done and was shocked when they accused me of doing the damage. They absolutely refused to admit responsibility for the damage done while my car was in their care, custody and control. I spent my entire career in management positions in claims departments of insurance companies and would never submit a phony claim. I resent being called a liar, essentially and warn you that if you do use this shop, BE VERY CAREFUL TO CHECK YOUR CAR OVER, INSIDE AND OUT BEFORE LEAVING THEIR PREMISES.
