Jack's is a 24 hour road service, tow and repair shop. They specialize in big rig repair, but work on RVs and regular autos, too. I stopped there on recommendation of the Flying J truck stop clerk, because I had a check engine light that I had to attend to. I was helped and diagnosed started within 10 minutes of signing the repair order. The tech was very knowledgeable, appeared very competent, listened carefully to my complaint and past history of the car. Fortunately no repairs were actually needed, but their ability to respond quickly and get me back on the road within 45 minutes was excellent. Rates are competitive for the area and there are no extra labor premium charges for required after hours work.
