I'll add my voice to the chorus of praise for George and Tony at Ridge. They are the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at an auto mechanic - fair, competent and extraordinarily honest and kind.

Honest, helpful, responsive. What more could you ask (oh, yeah, competent--that, too).

They attepted to fix the automatic locks on my 1996 Subaru Legacy. It worked for a while and then failed. They compensated me for their failure. No problem. Tony is friendly and George is a grump. Both are honest. The question is who has the knowledge and experience to fix the lock. When I took the car to Subaru, the lock work. I got home and you know what happened. It seems the Winter is a ideal time for the lock to work. Love your show!

Today was my first experience w/ a repair in South Orange. I selected Ridge Tire because of the reviews I read here and I was not disappointed. They treated me well, finished by lunch time and charged a fair price to repair my tire as well as do a LOF on the car. I will not hesitate to return for my NJ inspection or any other repairs that I require.

I had to cancel an appointment the day my wife went into labor. When I brought the car in for the rescheduled appointment the service was On-the-house.
