I was treated politely and professionally by everyone I encountered at the garage. They called me and explained the work they wanted to do, answered all my questions calmly and without condescension. The final price was slightly lower than the estimate. I will definitely go back.

One time I came to them with a very very very stinky car and they did a bunch of stuff to get rid of the smell and they didn't think any of it worked so they didn't charge me. What they did, did work and when I told them so and offered to pay, they declined my offer. I love these folks.

Diane, Rich and the rest of the crew are great! They're always super nice, honest and go the extra mile to help you out. They even helped me pick a new car (and offered to help me sell my old one!) I highly recommend this great garage!

Since this place is close to where I live, I took my car there for an oil change, and ask them to take a look at my rear wiper blade to see whether they can do a rubber wiper blade refill. I just ask them to TAKE A LOOK. However, the REMOVE the wiper blade and the blade arm, and during the procedure they BREAK the arm. Now, they suggest me to get a full replace at dealer which might cost more than $80. They blame the arm is too fragile. I do not really understand why they cannot just visually examine it and give me a call. That is what I asked for. I have not asked them do the work yet. Their oil change is not cheap, which cost $65. I expect a decent service, since the previous garage I went to only charges half of the price. Given they really mess up the situation, I highly doubt the quality of their fix in general. Never recommend anyone to go there.
