Al likes to "figger" things out, and takes pride in job well done.

They keep great computer records about repairs done and make
notes for possible future repairs. An oil change is more
than an oil change. They do a complete check of the car. Al
Cooper likes to talk. He will give you a full appraisal of
work performed, work needed, and the consequences of
neglecting repairs. No bull, just straight talk. No hard
sell, just the facts. He also subscribes to a network
service which indicates any problem areas for you car from
the manufacturers.
My wife and I have used this mechanic for years. We have
never been disappointed.
