Peter was great! He took the time to explain things carefully and thoroughly, but never condescendingly. Gave good and honest advice on whether it was worth spending money to fix the car versus buying a new one. Didn't charge labor for jobs that he had to do anyway (weren't part of original work that needed to be done). I highly recommend these guys!

I recently called them to ask the price for a job (replacing 4 tires, plus alignments) and their estimate was 30% pricier than the dealership. I was disappointed, to say the least.

Peter and his people always treat me and my wife as if they truly care about us. Friendliness is part of it, but they all convey the sense that their work will be first rate.

their shop is located in a shared space with a strip mall. lots to do while you are waiting for minor repairs.

My wife took my car and find out that the wipers did not work. She stops at Princeton Sunoco and they advised to changed the engine that moves the wipers. To change the engine they had to take out the windshield. Doing so they broke the windshield. They call my wife saying that when they took out the windshield, it was already cracked and did not know if they could take it out without braking it. My wife told them to proceed and they broke it. I had to pay for the windshield but I not to pay for the labor work. Since then the wiper driver side does not clean properly and left an area not wiped. I went back the next rainy day and Princeton Sunoco said that I bent the arm and this is not their problem. I am not happy because : - I am not convinced that they had to change the engine - I am not convinced they had to remove the windshield - I am convinced the windshield was not cracked before they touch it. - I am not satisfied with the quality of the job. - I am not satisfied with the way they treat me when I came back.
