I disagree with the other comments! Bill's is often cheaper than Pep Boys or other chains - with my last repair, the estimate was half the big chains.

My Nissan Maxima made a metallic rubbing sound on left turns. I had been burnt by swindler mechanics in the past -- so I decided to risk the damage caused by the rubbing rather than be ripped off by a mechanic for some large $$$ amount. Finally, I gave in and found Bills Ineffable automotive in your web site and decided to give them a try. Justin (I hope I got the name right -- I am bad with names -- It definitely began with a J. ) got me in the very next morning to see if it was a problem that could be fixed in 10 minutes. He opened up the wheel right in the parking lot and fixed the problem while explaining what he was doing to me. (-- HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR THIS !!! --) I drove to work happily -- my faith in humanity restored. I strongly recommend this shop -- based upon my experience.

We were so bummed to have to move away from Justin and the gang. When we were in the area, Justin was always great about explaining what was wrong and what it would take to fix the problem. Someone was almost always there to address those "off-hours" emergency questions. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Just a pleasure to deal with. They are honest and concerned about he customer. My car had a check engine light go on which the DEALER failed to fix after having the car for two days and these guys did it one morning. Couldn't recommend them more!!!

Guy spend 15-20 two times to just explain me it is not worth getting my car repaired and i should look for new one. He could have easily said drop your car and we will try to fix it, but please play $$$$. I like his friendly attitude. If you know little bit about car it is fun to talk with him! I would rate him A+++

I've never seen a more customer-focused shop. They're meticulous, respectful and passionate about cars. I found them completely by accident, but now, I'll never go anywhere else. No shop I've ever seen can touch these guys.

I looked up the Mechanics List from Car Talk, and then tried this shop for the problem of fast flash of right turn signal on Saturday (even though it was not during office hours). The personnel was extremely helpful and patient. He fixed the problem in a few minutes and even did not charge me at all (according to him, it was just a few bulbs to be replaced, no need to charge!) This shop is definitely to go for any car problem.

Came in with a problem with the car not starting. I thought it was the starter but turned out to be a bad battery. I told Justin that I purchased the battery less than a year ago from another now out-of-business garage. He made a few calls and was able to get me a new battery at no charge since the old battery was still under warranty. I really appreciate the time he took to save me the cost of a new battery. These guys are great!
