My wife's Audi A4. She spoke to the owner at length about specific repairs to be done on her Audi A4. He was to do a cam shaft and high pressure fuel pump. Quoted her a price $1800.00. She dropped it off on Thursday morning, rented a car and was told it will be done the following day. Friday morning the owner called with engine apart to say that he made a mistake and that the cost will be 2300.00.
