I had two problems with this repair shop. It's too bad, since I like to give business to the small shops in town. Well I had just bought 4 new tires and the place that put them on did an alignment, but they said that my rear passenger side needed more then they could do. It needed shims etc. Well, I call this shop up and told them exactly what the other place said and told them I needed shims for my rear passenger side to align my car. I asked if they could do this on my car. The lady on the phone said yes and told me to come in. Well, I then give to her the paperwork from the other shop showing the current alignment from their work and how it needed shims etc and asked them to fix my alignment. Well, I go back at end of day and the mechanic says, well the other place machine wasn't 100% right, but yes I still needed shims on the rear wheel. Well, guess what? They didn't have shims, didn't order shims etc. I came back to a car with not much done to it, but it cost me a good 60 some odd dollars for another alignment but the thing I brought it to them for wasn't fixed. (I wanted shims put in to fix the severe issue with the rear tire). Well, I figured, no big deal, they made a mistake. I gave them my number and told them when the shims came in to call me. Note: they also told me I needed brakes (which I know they are right on). I told them, when you get shims in, get a price quote for brakes and I will have both done. Well, they never called. Maybe they don't need the business. I don't get it. But, I'm not going to call them again. I gave them one shot, and was willing to give them a second, but they never called back. I'm very disappointed.
