I've been going to them for 14 years and I almost didn't fill this out because I don't want too many other people to find out about them, it's already hard to get an appointment. But they deserve the acclaim.

I once went to a mechanic in NY because of sounds coming from the engine and after they "did work" on it and charged me $40 for a "food exhust" hanger (It literally said that), I took it to Genesse because my car didn't sound any better after the "work" done by the NY mechanic. They took it for a quick spin down the street and when they brought it back they said the sound was loose shielding but it also sounded like something else was going on. He popped the hood and right away pointed out a crack on one of the engine parts. In a matter of minutes they fixed whatever what making the sound and booked in a time to repair the part that was cracked. They didn't even charge me for fixing the shielding!

A wonderful shop. We are women and feel completely safe dealing with these mechanics, a rare feeling. They are both accurate and easy-going.
