Waylon, my mechanic, has been great. He actually informs me of upcoming maintenance and how much to start budgeting for the repairs. He explains the repairs and options is plain english. I trust no one else to my vehicle.

Very competent individuals who believe in the pursuit of total quality everday. They are the only people that I will allow to work on my cars.

I drive an ancient Saab which is still on the road thanks to Mark and Waylon. They explain every repair thoroughly and let me know what I might have to be concerned about in the future. Also, they're funny.

Mark has been great fixing my MG. I find them a little
pricey for work on my Saab, although I'm not sure why, but
for my MG they've been great. I'd trust them with any car.

These guys are great. They were reccommended by a friend
when we moved to the area. Very competent and honest. And
like any good mechanic... bring them muffins!

My husband and I have been loyal customers since the shop
opened in the late 1980's. If we have something go wrong, I
will take it to Mark and Dan before I would go to the
dealership.(Jeff, the J in the name, moved away years ago).
We have brought them a wide assortment of vehicles from a
1984 VW Diesel pickup truck, various Jeeps, our "wish-we-
still-had" Toyota T-100, and the current 2007 Dodge Caravan
and Chevy Silverado. They are AWESOME. They are upfront
about it if you need work that they cannot/will not do such
as AC. Every estimate has been very close to the actual
cost of the work.
The only minor drawback is that they are so good that their
schedule is very full, but they also are flexible enough
to squeeze you in, if it is an emergency situation.
Mark worked with us on finding a car that our 6' 6+1/2" son
will fit into and be easy to maintain (a 1992 Jeep
Wrangler, pre OBD).
We are very biased, very loyal customers, and the thought
of Mark ever retiring (He's in his 40s) gives me the
willies.

Fantastic. They don't advertise because they don't need too.
Actually charged me less than his estimate because it was an easier fix than he thought.

Outstanding shop! New to town a year ago (2016) and asked a friend for a recommendation... without hesitation, M & J." Mark is the most thoughtful, friendly, no-nonsense, affordable expert mechanic I've interacted with. He assesses the situation, describes his recommendations in detail... including options and alternatives... listens to your questions and then get's it done lickety-split. As above, make an appointment, he's busy for a reason - Best Shop in Town.
