A few local Subaru owners suggested taking my '99 Forester to this shop. A real straight-talker, sharp as a tack, excellent work, very reasonably priced. Has performed clutch, CV, and tune-up on my vehicle. Good at diagnosing problems that other shops missed. Location is relatively remote (but just a hop down the road from Mr. Gee's Tire) without any chance of public transportation. Difficult to find from the road [tiny sign] and it's out in the woods. Definitely my new primary mechanic.

In searching for an experienced Subaru mechanic I was fortunate to find John in New Boston, located right on Route 114. He provided me a quote for my 60K mile service and I booked an appointment. After leaving my car John called to say it was ready and questioned me about something he found which I appreciate and will have him correct in the near future. He lives next door and based on commercial vehicles in his yard I see that his services are utilized by municipalities and well known service providers. It is nice to have a personal mechanic I can trust

This is the third time I brought my car to John. He just did my 60K check on my '11 Outback, plus brakes. He's a no bull guy who won't do any stuff that is not truly required. He also stands behind his work. I highly recommend!!!!
