As far as I know this is a New England chain - I have gone to two of their shops and have always gotten wonderful service. They have been honest about the needed repairs and helped me to prioritize what should get done and when. My favorite story is -pulling in to the driveway of the shop with a Dodge making an incredibly horrible noise because it was on the edge of death and 3 of the mechanics came out and looked at the car, just shaking their heads. I didn't even have to ask how much time it had - I could see it in their eyes. They were wonderfully supportive in the loss of my little car. I will always go to them.

Have been going to them for more than 20 years, with a series of older (more than 100,000 mile) cars. They have stood by their work when, for instance, a replacement part has failed before expected. They have diagnosed and fixed weird electrical problems. They have done low-cost fixes when appropriate, and provided excellent advice when working through choices. The work has always been high quality and the service friendly It is the only place I have ever felt confident enough in their skill and honesty to take in my car and tell them "something is wrong with the suspension, if the appropriate fix is less than $1000 just do it"
