We have been satisfied customers for 20 years. And I still talk about bad experiences we had with other shops (mostly dealers) before we found PFM. They are unlikely to be the cheapest bid on a job. This is because they do it properly, not because they overcharge. For example, when the brakes wear out, the cheap approach is to replace only the pads/shoes. PFM will also inspect the rotors/drums, wheel cylinders, brake fluid and wheel bearings, then service or replace them if necessary. PFM only works on foreign cars.

I've been fixing up a '76 Celica for a few years, but don't know much about engine repair. I just do the body work. So whenever I go into Rick Haley, he fixes the parts of the engine that I cannot and tells me how and what to do to make parts I can fix work well. He is timely, and when I had a slight problem with my radio after he'd worked on the car, Rick took care of the problem immediately and was cordial the entir

I sincerly feel that the guys that work on my car are caring and they take the time to fix it right. Prob. the most honest guys in the car business I know. I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. They do not try to over charge and I know they have tried to save me money. You would not regret going there. Mary Brust

I have been using PFM since 1978 and will only buy cars rick will work on. I have sent my wife and daughters there with there cars and they are treated excellently. I have told him what i thought needed replacing and he, on several occasions, said it was fine and didn't need to be replaced.

After getting the dreaded "service engine soon", my dealership told me I had a bad ignition coil, but I should go ahead and replace all 6 to the tune of over $900.00. I declined because 2000 Maxima (bought new) only had 47000 miles on it. After extensive research I learned this was a common problem in 2000-2001 Nissans. My dealership acted as tho they didn't know this problem existed. To make a long story short, I made several phone calls to other repair shops, and Jeff at Papillion Foreign Import knew of this problem and very helpful in explaining they used Nissan parts and what they did to make sure the problem would be fixed. I was very impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and their price ($300 less than my dealerships quote.) I really felt I was dealing with honest, competent people. I highly recommend them.

I have been doing business with PFM for 3 or 4 years now. After a bad experience with a dealer, PFM was recommended by another shop which only services domestic vehicles. It was the best recommendation I've ever had! From normal maintenance to major engine work (head gasket), to axles to brakes, all work has been excellent. 100% positive experience.

I've been taking my Subaru's to PFM since 2003, and each and every time has been pure joy, and when have you been able to say that about a mechanic! I always suggest them to friends and family, because Rick is always forthright and honest about what needs to be done, what it will cost and how he can bundle other scheduled services together to save you labor costs in the long run. Once while on a road trip, we needed some mechanical advice and thought, 'if we were closer, we'd just go to PFM'. We decided to give the shop a quick call, talked to Rick and got his advice. We found a nearby shop, told me what we needed (thanks to Rick) and were quickly back on the road! I truly appreciate the service and will never go anywhere else.

They fix things properly, so that the fix lasts, without going overboard. I have been a satisfied customer for more than 30 years. (I still hold grudges against some other shops that date from the 1970s.)
