I have watched this shop go from a honest and friendly shop to an impersonal, maximum profit machine. When Dan left as manager of the Dodge Street store, the integrity dropped. I continued to try using them but was lied to on several occasions as to what my car needed. I have restored cars for many years and know when I'm being lied to. I won't go into detail but beware, this place is about up-selling and lives up to the 'shady / dishonest mechanic' you always hear about.
