I feel so much more comfortable coming to this shop instead of the dealership. So they don't have all the fringes of the Volvo dealership, but I can certainly pass up the 'free' coffee and the 'free' car wash with service. I admit that I miss the loaner car, but I am still not going back to the dealers.

They fixed a problem I had with my C70 for about 20% less than the Volvo dealership quoted me. They used the genuine Volvo part, too.

I bought a used 1994 Volvo 940 in 2007 for my son. Have since bought 850R, V70 and lastly a 240DL. Master Techs has worked on them all to my great satisfaction. I'm especially impressed by the fact they never try to talk you into extra, unnecessary repairs. In fact, they have talked me out of repairs I thought might be needed (new shocks, A/C recharge, etc). I drive 60 miles from Virginia to use these guys for anything more complex than oil changes and the like. I just bought a used Mini Cooper, so I'm sure they'll see more of me !!
