...2 Techs always take excellent care of me and my vehichle. Just had some work done to the car that would have cost me 3 times as much at other quoted prices. Thank you 2 Techs! I will recommend you to all my friends and family!

I recommend Bill at 2 Techs to everybody I know and they are as satisfied as I am!

I have worked with Bill and the mechanics at 2 Techs over the course of the year that I have lived in Wilmington, NC. They came recommended by a neighbor, and the recommendation was pure gold. They are honest, competent, will always try the repair that is least expensive, first, and will go to the moon and back to assure the problem is resolved. I recently drove my Toyota Tacoma through very deep water, and the check engine light indicated an "02" sensor. Three times, we thought we had resolved it when the dang light came back on. Bill has invested in resources that allow him a database of other mechanics' and their experiences. With research, great patience, and charging me next to nothing for labor, he worked diligently and with good humor to get me and the Toyota back on the road. I am in the process of moving to Charleston, and will miss 2 Techs tremendously!

Fair, Honest, Friendly, Informative...and candid (will only feel comfortable working on certain aspects of my VW Corrado-who can blame them?). They have worked on my girlfriend's '98 Toyota Tacoma p.u. as well as my '99 Subaru Forester and '93 VW Corrado and have been the best! I wish I could take them to SC with me!

After several years in a new town looking for a good mechanic, finding several questionable ones, and getting ripped off by one, someone suggested I give 2 Techs a try. I am happy to say that I have been going back to them ever since. They do great work, are friendly and courteous, and I recommend them to anyone in this area.

Was passing through Wilmington, NC, and started to get a front end shimmy. My worst nightmare, traveling, and need a mechanic (they got you by the kahonas). Managed to get online, checked the Car Talk find a mechanic, found this garage highly rated. Called & got an appointment to be the first one in next morning. Bill got me in within 15 minutes, got the car up on the lift, couldn't find anything, drove it a second time where he determined it was loose lug nuts!. $37 later I was rolling down the road. How many mechanics let customers escape with such a low bill?? I didn't even have to deal with the "Closer" (the guy every mechanic pays to extort the most money out of each customer). All told, this worked out great. Highly recommend. Plus (bonus) cute secretary!

I took my Cherokee to 2 Techs after several shops could not diagnose the problem for months. I dropped it off at 8am and Bill researched the symptoms online and called me to tell me it was an O2 sensor and had it replaced by 2:30 the same day. Very nice guys and really want to do the work you need, I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome! I was in and out in an hour and told I would not have to pay for diagnostics if they could not fix the problem in house. Luckily, they had the part in stock and made a speedy diagnosis so I wasn't stuck with hours worth of labor. I would recommend them to anyone as fair and honest mechanics. They treated me with respect and I didn't feel like I was getting the run around I sometimes feel I get from car shops as a female who has it written all over her face that she has no idea what's going on under the hood. I cannot shout the accolades loud enough!
