During the ten years we lived in Raleigh, Bobby Dunn had been solely responsible for the safe, economical, conservative care and repair of our three vehicles. He has always treated each of us, Man, Woman and Teenager with the same intelligent, courteous and friendly manner. He has saved us $$$ by making necessary repairs economically, and has alerted us to $$$ saving opportunities involving the car manufacturers recall and dealers/warranty information. Bobby has always treated us individually as though we were members of his family and he was paying the bill! When it came time for our college bound daughter to choose a used car, Bobby advised her what to look for, how to judge, examined the possible vehicles and taught her how to maintain a safe car while away from home (A miracle that she was willing to take his advice, when in her teenage opinion, parents are so obviously dense on these issues). Triangle Car Care is a rare find....a family business that even has a Pig Pickin' for customers and employees and family every year! (We have now relocated to frosty Minnesnowta and will surely miss the expertise and honesty of Bobby Dunn). Hope your followers in the Research Triangle Area of North Carolina will give him a try - Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC

Have been taking my cars to Bobby and David (owners) since the very eary 1970's. They have always been straight and upfront in all of our dealings. They have worked on my Volvo, VW, BMW, and Ford Explorer during this time. All of the above cars exceeded 200,000 miles during their care. The only reason they didn't get to 300,000 miles is I traded them in on newer models.

I trust this shop. They are a bit expensive, more so than the chain service shops, but you get what you pay for. They must have a new mechanic, becuase they have recently been filling the fluids to high. I always get knowledgable, indepth, laymen descriptions of vehicle problems at the front desk.

These guys are competent and do quality work. I have been very pleased with the service. They have replaced a turn signal light at no charge, allowed me to drive my truck for a week to make sure the check engine light did not come on again, and they have been especially attentive to my 2 teenage drivers, both girls. I highly recommend them, with no reservations.

Decided to switch shops because they apparently screwed up a brake job. To be fair, I didn't give them the chance to fix it, just decided to look for a new shop. It's true that nobody's perfect. I don't look for bargains when I need work done on my car. This place is not cheap, but up to now, I've always felt like they were well worth what they charged. But sorry, can't have your cake and eat it too. If a shop is going to price itself as top-notch, I expect them to get it right the first time.
