I work in Cary, and use their shop in Cary, though live closer to the larger, Raleigh place. The guys in Cary are even better. The mechanics have been there for years, they remember me when I come back, they've been helpful in checking out used cars, etc., etc. Once, when it seemed the Raleigh place was taking too long at whatever they were doing on the other car, "My" Car Guys called over there and it got done pronto. Only Japanese.

They have taken car of several Hondas for me over many years. Most of the work I have done is at the Cary location. I really appreciate there readiness with providing rides.

I'm very happy with Tao Auto. I took my car in to have some oil leaks and the speedometer repaired. They were able to do the work in one day and I used their shuttle service which was very convenient. This morning I took it back for a windshield wiper that had stopped working -- they fixed it while I was still in the car and didn't charge me since it was just a loose bolt! I trust them and know several other folks who trust them as well.
