One of the most honest operations I've ever encountered.
One dealer had told me I needed expensive repairs, but these
folks said a more minor repair was needed, saving me 100's
of dollars. They handle quick repairs (flat tire repair,
battery replacement) right away (well, usually, unless
they're real busy). I trust them for all my auto work.
Make an appointment, though.

These guys are great. I took a car to them that had already
been to four different mechanics who had four diffent idea
about what was wrong (culminating in a bent/broken axel
diagnosis). The guys at this shop fixed a bent heat sheild
and rim and everything was all set. The bill was so
ridiculously low that I thought that they had given me the
wrong one until I read it. They are as nice and honest as
can be!
Their only drawback is that I later brought my 2003 VW Golf
there for some routine stuff and I thought that guy was
going to cry when I told him the make and model. I got the
impression that newer models and VW's aren't really their
thing, but all said I was still happy with them.

I've probably dealt with Six Forks Station Exxon for close
to 10 years, and the experience has been quite positive.
They've been very honest. I just moved out of state, and I
am quite, quite sorry that I will no longer be able to have
my cars serviced here. Ken and Phil have been great to
work with.

Just honest and competent guys. They tell me when
something isn't worth fixing instead of just taking my
money. Been going to them for 12 years with both foreign
and domestic cars.

This has been not only my primary repair shop, but my parents,
as well, since they moved to the area 20+ years ago. They are
honest, straightforward, and will never do a repair that is
not needed, and are consistently fairly priced.
My most recent experience was taking my car for a recall
repair at the dealer, getting a list of needed repairs and
an estimate, and then taking it to Six Forks to fix and
paying hundreds less.
