As a single, young, (blonde) female, I consider myself
very fortunate to have found this shop to help with my
quirky mini cooper, in a city with no mini dealer. Harry,
Jed, and their service manager, Lyn, always exemplify the
sort of professionalism and integrity that is so rarely
found in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone,
especially my female friends!

First Class is a great partner. They know the vehicle,
they can find the problems, they help to set priorities for
safety, and they are not afraid to tell you what should go
back to the dealer under recall or warranty. There are
thousands of shops that can fix a car. First Class will
help you manage its maintenance and total cost of
ownership.

My dad, who was a career mechanic, would have loved these
guys - honest, straight talkers, with great analytic
skills. Really know their stuff and stand by their work.

They did the 90,000 service on a Lexus 300S. I was
particularly pleased that they gave me a precise estimate on
the work to be done and explained what else came up during
inspection that added to the cost. Work done on time. Car
runs noticeably smoother. Very professional. Very pleased!

I took my Mercedes-Benz to them for scheduled maintenance, but it also needed body work and I wanted a recommendation. Not only did Chris have a recommendation, but he arranged for the estimator from the body shop down the street to walk over and make an estimate. He also texted photos from his phone to another shop he trusts and had them email me a non-binding estimate based on the photos. He accomplished all of this, plus the service, in the single day he had the car. This shop solves problems.

I had the misfortune of sending my BMW X5 to First Class Auto to repair a cracked valve cover. The first valve cover they installed was apparently defective from BMW so they ordered another one. When I got home, the car was still leaking a significant amount of oil and the engine was performing poorly (a new problem based on their work). I sent it back and they said the oil level sender was leaking. At that point I told them I wanted someone else to evaluate it. Performance BMW determined the valve cover was still the source of the leak, plus the poor engine performance was due to oil in the vacuum lines. Performance BMW replaced the vacuum lines and valve cover and now it runs great. So far this sequence of frustrating events has cost me double what it should have!!
