While on vacation my Suburban's brakes became very noisy -
I suspected the pads were down to metal. I called Wayne's
and talk to Shane (Wayne's son) who said that though he was
booked for the day (Friday as my luck would have it) to
come by and he would take a quick look to see if I was in
any danger. Once determined the brakes had to be repaired
or be at risk, Shane made time to replace the pads and
rotors (he showed me, while still on the vehicle, on the
lift and the tires removed, the worn out pads and scarred
rotors). The price was indeed competitive, too. I really
appreciate Shane and Wayne helping me out, they are
friendly, honest and caring - and just good folks. Thanks
