Wasp Automotive was very nice about doing an inspection on
my car even though it was after the posted closing hour. The
inspection was a quick and painless process for a reasonable
price. The waiting room was a nice place with amenities like
couches, herbal tea and complimentary internet access, and
afterwards the staff gave me very helpful information about
what the inspection entailed. Wasp Automotive is on an out
of the way street, so you know it must be good to stay in
business. Overall, a place I would definitely take my car
back to.

WASP was recommended by a friend and I have been very happy
with their service. I have been bringing my car to wasp for
4 years and never had any problems.

wasp is the best! they've kept my old subaru running
strong for many years. i will only own cars that wasp will
work on because they are the only mechanics i've ever
trusted. and their customer service is top-notch.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this shop. They
take the time to explain repairs and do the work well with
factory parts.
Once they found a sheared bolt that was creating ride
issues--I was told elsewhere that it was a wheel that needed
replacing (that was my next destination). They even talked
me out of some expensive maintenance that was excessive from
their experience.
I can't be happier with the level of service and quality of
work they do on my Accord and Camry.

I have never had mechanics that I trusted as much. I've
been a customer for 15 years. Every person in the shop is
a gem. They treat women and men exactly the same, and
there is humor all round as well. The best!

These guys are great! Very friendly, and I actually TRUST
them! I always feel gouged when I take my wife's car to
the dealer, but Wasp gives a square deal. They specialize
in Japanese models.

I never thought I'd find honest, competent, smart,
hard-working mechanics. But these people are all four, and
I've been going to them exclusively for over 10 years. I
need to move out of state, and I'm very concerned about
being able to find someone that I trust. I might just drive
the 400 miles back to Wasp Auto for anything major. My car
has over 150k, but because they take care of everything (and
don't do anything to the car that's not necessary), I feel
like I have another hundred thousand miles to go. I don't
generally take the time to compliment someone who is simply
doing their job, but I need to impress upon you just how
good these folks are. They do more than the job--they take
care of the car and of me, and always talk to me like it
matters to them that I understand what is going on. Dealing
with them takes all the headache out of fixing and
maintaining my vehicle.

I have been using WASP Auto since 1990. I won't take my
vehicles anywhere else and I highly recomend them to anyone
driving a Honda, Toyota, Subaru, or Mazda. My new cars
have never been to the dealer for service and I trust Pete
and Phil to repair my cars. Where else would you find a
mechanic who would tell you to get rid of that 1984 Civic
(it was 15years old at the time) because they were afraid
that it would end up broken down on the side of the road.
I finally took Pete's advice and bought a Toyota Tacoma and
that truck never went to the dealer.

This shop is wonderful. I often read reviews online but
have never posted one before - however, I felt compelled
to say something because of the terrific service Wasp auto
has provided to my wife (Toyota) and me (Subaru). Not only
are they trustworthy, they have great prices. For example
the first time I took my car in, they changed the oil for
less $ than it costs at one of those oil change express
places, and they rethreaded the oil pan because it had
been screwed up elsewhere. They always call you before
doing anything, and they actually have encouraged me on
occasion not to fix things that they felt weren't
important / wouldn't cause me any trouble. They will take
you to work or the airport while your car is being worked
on. It's nice to have piece of mind when dropping you car
off.
