At one time I owned a '91 Ford Taurus SHO, otherwise known as a money pit. While other repair shops were hesitant to work on this Yamaha engined baby, Bob Devereaux and company took on the challenge with a smile. The repairs were priced right and completed on time. They also added that they could handle any problem or repair that came up on that darn car. I couldn't even get that confidence at a Ford dealer. They have also worked on my '94 Camry with a smile. I certainly would not hesitate to return there for future repairs on any car.

Jim Gorman at CMD has been servicing my 1992 Acura Legend for about 3 years now. Whatever the oddball problem may be, he usually knows exactly what it is just from a description over the phone. He is always willing to take a minute to talk, look at the car, explain problems and how things work, etc. Prices are always reasonable. I recommend them to friends all the time and have never had a dissatisfied referral. I trust them completely.

Great service at a very resonable rate. First time there with my 2001 Miata and they will be my mechanic of choice from now on.

After being terribly treated at my local Toyota dealership, someone recommended that I check out your web site for recommended mechanics. Of the two that were close by, I chose CMD Tire & Automotive. I made a appointment and took my Solara in at the appointed time. The shop was clean, and the personnel friendly. I elected to go ahead with the recommended repairs. All of this was fairly routine, and while I thought they were nice, the experience did not stand out as exceptional. As a drove my car home Friday evening, it became apparent to me that something was dreadfully wrong. I called Mark to tell him that there was smoke billowing out from under the front wheel wells and that I had no power. He told me that they would take care of it, even though they were closed on Saturday. Then Mark called to offer to have the car towed from my house to the shop. It turns out that the new brake part had not been adjusted properly. So they replaced the brake pads and rotors, and did the adjustment. Then, brought the car to my work so that I would have a ride home. Mark and company are honest and take customer service to a level that is rarely seen. My car now runs beautifully. CMD's commitment to service and quality repair has made a loyal customer of me. Their grace in the face of an error made, and their willingness to go to whatever lenghts to "make it right" is truely exceptional. I can not remember when I have experienced such wonderful service.

My husband and I have always had a good experience with CMD. The service manager Mark Shultz is great to work with. They are very honest at this shop, and very thorough when checking out a problem. If they find nothing wrong, they will tell you so. They will not perform unnecessary repairs just to charge you for something. I am very grateful to for having this resource available, because I would never have found such honest mechanics as I have found at CMD. And they really stand by their work. We will continue to come here for any repairs on our Jeep and our Camry.

This shop has been consistently, brutally honest for every visit (a dozen or more over the last 5 years). They tell me when a repair is urgently needed, and when a repair can be postponed safely without worry. They seem to have at least as much sensitivity to my expenditure as they do to their profit. I've never had any problems following any repairs. All questions are answered patiently and completely. An excellent alternative to my dealer who seems indifferent and impatient while demanding rediculous prices for mediocre service.

I try to do any auto maintenance that I'm capable of doing myself, because I'm cheap- um, I mean I'm "budget conscious" and the guys at CMD know that and have told me in the past: "It needs a so-and-so, but that's easy enough to do yourself if you want". They've also told me things like "It's eventually going to need the so-and-so replaced, but if it were mine, I'd wait a while" That is a huge value to me. They've achieved tremendous customer loyalty by being honest and communicating well. Very refreshing. I know I can trust them completely and I recommend them to anyone. I wish I could say that about my doctor :->

I bought an '87 Accord into these guys to fix. They told me it needed a new motor. After they put the new motor in, the new motor didn't work either. So they honored their warrenty on the new motor and gave me my money back! I really appreciated working with these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

They guys at CMD have worked on my Pathfinder and my wife's Isuzu Rodeo. Service has always been right the first time, and often under there original estimate. They are courteous, and respect our price sensitivity. Highly Recommended!!!
