I took my 1990 Geo Metro in for a replacement clutch one Friday. I had already purchased all of the necessary parts for the job,and they gladly did the work. My car was ready that same day,and the workmanship was excellent.Their labor costs also came in much lower than I expected. In a nutshell, they're a great shop with very experienced mechanics. This is possibly the best shop in Burlington.

I have a 95 Windstar which had a typical head gasket
blowout. They did the work and told me that Ford didn't have
a recall, but they had extended the warranty for this
condition. I went to the local Ford place and was refunded
the $1100 the work cost. I trust Mike's shop with almost all
my work.

Called the shop when my daughter's car ran into problems
(got their number from your web site). They were great in
helping me find someone else to help her out. They have
gained another fan.

Mike has worked on all of our vehicles - Nissan (and
didn't laugh when my husdand "cleaned the engine" and
ruined the spark plugs!) our Honda Odessey, his Isuzu
Trooper and my 1995 Volvo. The are truly good people - I
really like the idea that a woman answered the phone and
actually knew what I was talking about - wonder what
happended to her???? Did she know a bit too much!!

Since I moved to Burlington (NC), he is my most trusted
mechanic. Very friendly and honest.
Mike repaired/maintained my vehicles at least 10+ times in
last 8 years. All I tell him my car-concerns and ask him to
believe that this is your car, and go fix it.
His labor charges are very reasonable.
Two times when I drop my car their to check, he did not
charge me anything as it was very minor work (possible only
at Norris Automotive).
Whenever I bought used car, Mike have drove, and checked
them on lift before finalizing the deal.

I have lived and traveled throughout most of this country and I can honestly say that this shop is absolutely one of the best, from all aspects, that I have used for car repair.
