They are extremely up front and informative about what is
wrong with the car and what options you have to address it,
including what will happen if you do nothing. Their best
service person is Peggy Young who is extremely knowledgeable
and very good at explaining the technical details of what
needs to be done. Their entire service staff is wonderful.
Their repair prices are very reasonable and their are
completely honest. They are the best service department and
car dealership I have ever had experience with, over 40
years. I go there (25 miles away) instead of a nearer
mechanic because they are so good.

- Parts Man
My vehicle was due for the 90K service, timing belt and water pump replacement and an oil change. After the oil change the service adviser told me that I had a very bad oil leak at the main bearing seal and had a leak from the water pump at a cost of $2100. I had to go out of town the next day and I told them that I will wait until I came back. I did not lose any coolant or oil which I check weekly. On my return to the area, I happened to go to an independent garage and asked for a quote on changing the timing belt and water pump. They would only use Toyota parts and not after market products and would charge $1100. I said them proceed, I happened to drop by a little later and saw the original water pump and could not find any sign of a leak (anti=freeze)always makes a mark on the metal and the gasket if it leaks. The oil leak was non-existent also. I have talked to Miss "Peggy" who said that she's sorry for the misinformation, but there is nothing she could do. I asked her to remove my name from their advertising and she said she would but to no avail I keep getting flyers form them/ Cox Toyota is not honest and they will never see my business again for anything. Do not trust this dealer. The one in Greensboro is better and honest.
