While the building where the shop is operating from is new, the owner has been fixing cars, trucks and V-Twin motorcycles in the Apex, Cary, Raleigh, NC area for years. The owner is Eddie and he is honest, direct and right up front with what your vehicle will need. Also, if the repairs do not make sense due to the age of the vehicle vs the cost of the repairs, he'll let you know. He is a super Toyota mechanic, but has a knowledge of other makes that is deep and extensive. Great place. Great location. Great mechanics.

In addition to being able to repair just about anything on any car or truck out there, Eddie Wilson and his staff are quick, reliable and honest. The shop is new, it is clean and is easy to get to from Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Holly Springs and the surrounding areas.

I've taken all our vehicles to Southern Tire since we moved to Apex in 1993. It's just a good old-fashioned garage with competent honest mechanics. There's not much they can't fix, but when there is they'll refer you to someone who can for a fair price.

First time I took car in the head mechanic tried to scam me for additional repairs. I could not believe him telling me I needed a component replaced or would be in serious danger. Had another mechanic I know and trust ceck it out and he laughed!
