Feel like I just put my problems in dad's hands
They treat you like family and you are on the very top of
the top priority list
The shop and themself are of the same match as a surgical
center and a medical doctor
Never have had to ever bring a unit back twice for the
same problem. you may have to leave your rig longer than
you would like to, but it is worth it knowing that you
will never have to bring it back again for the same repair.
Sometimes they even give ya a dozen fresh farm eggs

The Culvers are really nice people, and their technicians
seem competent and well trained. They have always called
to tell me what the problem is(if different than what I
thoughtit was), and they always call to ask first,if they
need to do something more than what they first thought.
They are not the cheapest, but I don't ever wonder if the
repair was done correctly.

This shop is great! If Charle's (the owner) is at the desk
when you come in, he will shake your hand and introduce
himself. It's a family business, and the mechanics treat
you with respect and explain everything in terms you can
understand.
I took my car in for an overheating problem. They found
many other issues, but they recommended I just have the
thermostat replaced and go from there (to save money). As
it turned out, the car had a bad head gasket, and became
worthless shortly thereafter.
Took a car I was thinking of buying (to replace the one with
the blown head gasket) for an inspection. They normally
charge $75 for a used car inspection, but found some
significant engine trouble and stopped short, only charging
me $40. Seems they really look out for you. My only
complaints are they are not open on Saturdays and it is
tough to get out there without a car (the bus stops at
K-Mart on Brooks, but its a long trip from downtown).
