Took the Jeep in for a clutch replacement. Forgot to ask them to check the rear main seal and u-joints. But they called me and told me that they had replaced the rear main seal and one bad u-joint. They could have just done the clutch and hoped to see me again for the seal and u-joint. Plus, they promised to finish the work in one day...and they did! Nice guys, clean shop, fair price.

This is the first shop I've been to that didn't assume I'm incapable of understanding mechanics because I'm a woman. The owner always remembers my name and explains what's wrong with my vehicle without being condescending. They are very honest and competent, although sometimes a bit slow. A few times a repair I thought would take one day has dragged on for several days--a real bummer if you just have one car.
