I have never had a bad experience with this mechanic in 12 years of bringing my cars to hi, and I have had a lot of cars. He is honest and will tell you what he thinks about your vehicle and what it needs. If he can't fix something he will give you an alternative mechanic. He has stabel employees, only two master mechanics in the 12 years that I know of.

In April I took my 87 Ford F250 pickup with a 460 engine in to get a radiator flush & oil change. 164 miles later we checked the oil to find it was a quart low. Since they didn't put the oil weight on the window sticker or my work order receipt I called them to find out what it was so we could add the right oil. The answer I got was that it was PROBABLY 5W30. Ok this is a big engine and 5W30 is totally the wrong weight of oil that should have been used. Who in their right mind would put 5W30 in a pickup with a 460 engine in it. We decided to change the oil because the oil on the dipstick looked dirty. Upon removing the oil filter we discovered it had a huge dent in the side and the oil was very thin and dirty. The oil weight should have been on the work order. I really don't think that they changed the oil and filter even though they charged me $41.95. I will never take a vehicle to them again.
