Joe is a great mechanic because he's a good man. He takes the time to explain every step of every repair. He asks me if I want something does before he does it, and will show me exactly why he's doing it, down to the numbers in the manual. When something isn't fixed quite right, he'll get me in first and fix it for free. He's also very up front about whether he thinks I can fix it myself. I went in for a tune-up and he did the diagnostics and told me everything that needed to be fixed. Then he told me I could fix it myself, and I did. He has saved me literally hundreds of dollars.

Joe has very competent mechanics that do not have to be constantly supervised. While not the cheapest shop, the are less expensive than the dealerships and every bit as competent.

Joe not only knows his stuff, so does his staff. If a mechanic is stumped on a problem, they immediately search databases for identification and fix instead of spending billable hours "testing and trying" for a solution. This truly saves customers many $$$.
